How one 27-year-old is drafting young people for political battle

“Progress is something we all have to fight for every day, ” says Layla Zaidane. And she means it. The 27-year-old is communications director for Generation Progress Action, and it’s her job to help draft, motivate, and empower young people to join the fight for policy solutions to student debt, immigration, gun violence, campus sexual assault, and more. Here’s how she does it.
