On Monday, the Senate rejected four new restrictions aimed at curtailing gun violence after the biggest mass shooting in U.S. history in Orlando a week ago. The massacre at the LGBT nightclub Pulse left 49 people dead and 53 injured. Despite Monday’s setback, Senator Chris Murphy (D-Connecticut) is not giving up. Senator Murphy brought the Senate to a vote after he held a nearly 15-hour-long filibuster last week. He told Fusion’s Jorge Ramos he will keep fighting.
